Have you ever started a lifestyle change, REALLY tried to implement all sorts of new habits in your life and then gotten overwhelmed? Ya - me too. There's so many things to keep track of when you're trying to workout, meal plan, meal prep, meditate, stretch, track your water, etc. When I started my journey, I wished for a tool that would help me with all these things. I tried the Daily Greatness Journal because it helped me build good habits. But, it wasn't a functional planner. So, I tried the Erin Condren Life Planner. And though it was a great planner, it was missing those healthy habits and lifestyle builders of the ECLP. The Healthy Life Handbook is everything that the Erin Condren and DailyGreatness journals weren't for me. I take the best parts of the ECLP - fun quotes, colors, inspiration - and combine it with DailyGreatness. But, I trimmed the fat! All those redundancies that made the DailyGreatness ineffective for me I took out. And I made things more customizable! No more being told which habits you should implement! Of course, I made recommendations! But, you get to pick and choose which ones you care about integrating into you life. Plus, I incorporated all of the habits that I think are most effective. The planner starts with the Foundations program. I walk you through how to determine which aspects of your life you're dissatisfied with and why, what you really and truly want out of life, and how to map out your goals to actually get you to where you want to be. This includes a place to do a life evaluation, how to determine what your priorities are and if they match with what you want them to be, a place to write your own Manifesto, goal setting, life designing, action planning your goals, etc. Then we get to the Life Design Planner. It's a 6x9" 12-month undated planner with monthly and weekly layouts. It contains action plans for goal planning, grocery and meal planners, affirmations, gratitudes, a place to prioritization each day's actions, a healthy habits section, etc.
